Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. All return requests must be submitted within this 14-day period to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping & Order Processing

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) on a business day are processed and shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Refund Eligibility

• Unopened Items

  • Eligible for a refund excluding shipping costs.

• Opened Items

  • Subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

• All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order was:

• Shipped in error, or

• Damaged during shipment

You will receive a full refund, including product cost and shipping fees. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• The order was shipped incorrectly, or

• The item was damaged during transit.
